TP 419 October 2005 onwards

 exe.zip only contains the exe file 

 code.zip  contains the VB source code 

 html.zip  contains html based documentation

 doc.zip contains the help system files

 starter.zip  has a basic starter package for first time users

 sample.zip contains a sample competition

When using RACE together with TP and creating a new task 

 - First create the Task in RACE to get the correct RACE ID
 - The create the Task in TP, and TP will now display a list of available Task IDs
 - score everyone ....
 - Bulk xml the file into RACE
 - And run the RACE GAP>RACE for GAP2002 formula scores
 - Then in RACE run your task results

If you want to use 419 with competitions which got created with 417 or older versions then read this

The TP ini files got another entry called COMP
What makes 418 onwards slightly incompatible with previous created competitions.

To fix, edit an old whatever.ini file and copy everything what is under [TPGPS]
to  a new entry called [COMP]
Example how the new ini file has to look like to be compatible with 418

[TPGPS]
NEW_PILOTNUMBER=Y
AUTO_MODE=N
......
[COMP]
NEW_PILOTNUMBER=Y
AUTO_MODE=N
.....

Alternatively, redefine all those settings and save .

 SETUP/OPTIONS is new and will replace longterm the SETUP/COMP and SETUP/GPX and SETUP/KML 
 for the meanwhile we have some overlap, some options can be defined at multiple places
