TP 420 November 2005 onwards

Code is not upward compatible with ini file 
Old ini files created with previous versions are not fully compatible with this version.
If you have to read an old competition, open the comp, check the values, and save it again.
Creating new ini file format this way.

 exe.zip only contains the exe file 

 code.zip  contains the VB source code 

 html.zip  contains html based documentation

 doc.zip contains the help system files

 starter.zip  has a basic starter package for first time users, 
    Assumes everything goes into C: drive
    C:\tp\code\tp.exe
    C:\tp\code\tp.ini
    C:\tp\code\inifiles\samp06.ini
    c:\comps\samp06\  which contains a sample competition

 SMAP06.zip contains a sample comp ( also part of the starter kit)
