Decide on the GPS scoring code, like TP, get it, and install it. And figure out how it works.
Get RACE from the FAI CIVL website http://www.fai.org/hang_gliding/race/
Install, setup RACE and check that the SAHPA Formula works.
Locate the SAHPA Catalog for RACE, and create a SAHPA Competition from that Catalog
Test that your GPS scoring code (TP) works with RACE
